Membership Refresh
Making Mingei your new best friend.
In 2021, Mingei International Museum reopened after an extensive renovation centered around the idea of radical hospitality. To match the museum’s new open and welcoming building with its member communications, I worked with the museum's membership department and graphic designer to develop membership materials that better reflected the museum's new voice. The idea behind this refresh was to engage potential museum members with a friendly and casual tone. This brochure, an updated website landing page, and a new members welcome email series encapsulate this refreshed our communications with new and old members.
